All meetings are open to the public, although portions may be held in closed executive sessions. If you wish to appear on the agenda of a meeting, notice must be provided to the Board's office at least seven business days prior to the scheduled meeting date.

Applications and all supporting documents must be received no later than 8:30 a.m., six business dates prior to the scheduled meeting, to ensure it is included on the agenda. No items may be added to the meeting agenda after this date without the approval of the Board Chairperson.
